The media center is comprised of television production
companies, audio/video/film equipment rentals, audio
producers, advertising agencies, talent agencies,
graphic designers, web developers, Internet service
providers, TV producers, animation companies, CD/DVD
duplication, photographers, scenery and props
companies, television and radio station affiliate bureaus,
and educational entities.
Facility and Location
The Seven 21 Media Center is located in a fast growing
The three floor office building and studio make up a total
of 30,000 square feet. The facility boasts versitle
television studios equipped with lighting and video and
audio production equipment, green room, green screen,
(chromakey room) sound Isolation booth for Voiceover
recordings, control room, and a 2000 sf set building shop.
Additional features: The building is wired with a fiber
optic Internet line with super high bandwidth. The media
center will have the capability of sending high quality
video and data. Many office spaces and studios at the
facility will never loose power, with its backup generator.
Features include: conference rooms, rest rooms/make-
up room, lounges/ kitchen facilities, shared reception
area and the receptionist, 63 vehicle parking lot, Internet
access, security system, production studio space.
Members share ideas, clients, create more traffic, and be
associated with a larger entity.
Discounted production studio and edit suite rates are
available to tenants and members. Ask for details.
