Mission Create a cooperative communications facility where independent media professionals and companies can share resources, infrastructure, clients, and grow their businesses together Companies in the media center The media center will be comprised of television production companies, audio/video/film equipment rentals, audio producers, advertising agencies, talent agencies, graphic designers, web developers, Internet service providers, TV producers, animation companies, CD/DVD duplication, photographers, scenery and props companies, television and radio station affiliate bureaus, and educational entities. Facility and Location The Seven 21 Media Center is located in a fast growing area of Kingston, NY that is being revitalized. The building is in the Empire zone and is eligible for substantial economic development incentives for business in this facility. The location is easily accessible from virtually any location in the region. The structure is solid, and made of poured concrete with a brick facade. Parking is plentiful with easy access from two streets. (Broadway and Liberty Street) The three floor office building and studio make up a total of 30,000 square feet. The facility boasts 2 fully functional television studios equipped with lighting and video and audio production equipment. Additional features: The building is wired with a fiber optic Internet line with super high bandwidth. The media center will have the capability of uplinking and downlinking high quality video and data. The building will never loose power, with its natural gas automatic generator and GTS system.
