Companies in the media center
The media center will be comprised of television
production companies, audio/video/film equipment
rentals, audio producers, advertising agencies, talent
agencies, graphic designers, web developers, Internet
service providers, TV producers, animation companies,
CD/DVD duplication, photographers, scenery and props
companies, television and radio station affiliate bureaus,
and educational entities.

Facility and Location
The Seven 21 Media Center is located in a fast growing
area of Kingston, NY that is being revitalized. The
building is in the Empire zone and is eligible for
substantial economic development incentives for
business in this facility. The location is easily accessible
from virtually any location in the region. The structure is
solid, and made of poured concrete with a brick facade.
Parking is plentiful with easy access from two streets.
(Broadway and Liberty Street)

The three floor office building and studio make up a total
of 30,000 square feet.  The facility boasts 2 fully
functional television studios equipped with lighting and
video and audio production equipment.

Additional features: The building is wired with a fiber
optic Internet line with super high bandwidth. The media
center will have the capability of uplinking and
downlinking high quality video and data. The building will
never loose power, with its natural gas automatic
generator and GTS system.

Benefits to Tenants
Tenants would have access to the building’s “common
areas” including: conference rooms, rest rooms/make-up
room, lounges/ kitchen facilities, shared reception area
and the receptionist, 63 vehicle parking lot, Internet
access, security system, production studio space,
satellite uplink for teleconferencing and broadcast media
transmissions, and an elevator.

Tenants could share ideas, clients, create more traffic,
and be associated with a larger entity.

Tenants would lease the premium space that is all
inclusive (with the exception of phone line charges and
additional décor)

Each tenant would have card access to the building and
common areas, and their individual office or production
space.
